2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where relevant.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic items and fragrance decants), we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

All sales are final.

This policy is in line with hygiene and safety regulations regarding the resale of cosmetic products.

5. Product Authenticity

All fragrances sold by TCL Scents are guaranteed 100% authentic.

Our decants are prepared using genuine perfumes sourced from official retailers and distributors.

Products may differ slightly in packaging from brand marketing images, as decants are rebottled in smaller sizes for customer convenience.

6. Limitation of Liability

TCL Scents shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or issues caused by the use of our products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review fragrance ingredients and test appropriately.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
